Absolutely fantastic breakfast in the restaurant with a contemporary atmosphere. Relaxing and fantastic rooms. Lovely staff from check-in to check-out. Marvellous and fantastic location in front of eateries and bars.

The staff and facilities were excellent. I went in September (Apparently the quietest month of the year) however it was a blessing in disguise as I needed to relax after a month long holiday touring usa.

It was luxurious hotel with extremely helpful stuff who where unwilling to provide service. The location so close to downtown was great walkable.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and luxurious. the staff were extremely helpful and provided excellent service. - the location was great, within walking distance to the marina, local restaurants, and popular food spots. - Edith's, just a short walk from the hotel, offered a wide variety of lunch options.

Very comfortable and clean. Variety of bars. Very friendly staff. Close to the center and with an incredible beach.

Distorted information. When we arrived we asked the concierge about a diving activity. We booked it through the hotel. This meant that in order to do this activity, we had to walk to the center (we did it by taxi because although it was close, the diving equipment is somewhat heavy) and return after the dive in the same way. When we went out to the beach of the hotel we saw that there was a PADI dive operator on the same beach. The next excursion was obviously made with this operator at a lower price and leaving directly from the hotel beach. We were quite annoyed that for obvious hotel convenience we were not informed of the existence of this operator at the hotel site! When we made this comment at check out, we were simply told that this operator was renting the space but not from the hotel! In other words: draw your own conclusions

Every time I visit Cabo San Lucas, I always choose this hotel. the hotel is well-appointed with top-class staff who are eager to provide exceptional service. - the rooms are exceptionally clean, top-notch, and feature a living area with a couch. - the hotel is in a great, walkable location close to a night club and just a short distance from a restaurant. - the on-site restaurant is good for lunch.

Had an extra special stay while on vacation. The staff were top-class. The location was the best, within walking distance of downtown. Loved our brand-new, updated room with a view. The chic-style building was impressive. Having a living area and a couch was a nice touch.

The location is beautiful and stunning. the rooms are impressive and updated with artwork, a king-sized bed, and a great balcony. - the breakfast choices are amazing with waffles, juices, and made-to-order options.

I love the pool side cabanas for tanning. Our room was very clean and had a light lemon scent.

We didn't know what to expect. We heard that it was a "hip" place, and it is. We liked the techno music, even if some time it went late into the night. But it was fun. We liked the energy, the crowd of young customers, the beautiful beach as we love to swim in the ocean. The food was good and we enjoyed very much the Petite Suite with the king bed as they have the best view of Cabo San Luca landmark, the famous rocky arches. We will definitively be back at the "me". My girl friend had a hard tile to fall asleep with the techono music, but she did like it after all. I think it is a part of this hotel and it gives it a special atmosphere. Nikki Beach Club is a great facility and we enjoyed it 100%.

The hotel is modern and exceptionally clean. The staff at the breakfast restaurant and room service are extremely helpful. Free and delicious breakfast with made-to-order waffles and omelets. Fast check-in and late check-out option available. Poolside bar and lovely pool area.

The location and grounds were great. Spa was fantastic. Concierge were very friendly.

The crowd was a bit trashy. They really try to make it a Vegas style hotel and create an all day party. Hence it draws a Vegas crowd
